General Terms and Conditions of Sale
General terms of sale (G.T.O.) and refund policy of LaserAddict
The GCVs below are those of LaserAddict and are applicable to the entire LaserAddict France network.
1. PREAMBLE
The company CS LAZER SARL, hereinafter referred to as “LaserAddict” in its commercial name, is a limited liability company with a capital of 1000 Euros, whose registered office is located at 1 Rue des Pins, 38100 Grenoble, France. Registered with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under the SIREN number 913476875 and the SIRET number 91347687500012, it is subject to intra-community VAT, identified with the number FR23913476875.
LaserAddict specializes in providing auriculotherapy care services, gentle laser intervention for the treatment of smoking cessation and cannabis, as well as in nutrition, weight loss, and the management of various addictions. These services are offered through its website, its care center located in Grenoble, and as part of its extensive franchise network across the French territory.
These General Conditions of Sale and Refund (hereinafter referred to as “GCS”) aim to define the terms and conditions under which LaserAddict offers and sells its services to its customers. They govern the contractual relations between LaserAddict and its customers, both for purchases made through the website and for those made in-store.
The Customer is invited to carefully read these GTC and to print them out or save them on a durable medium before placing an order with the Company.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In that case, the applicable version will be the one in effect on the date of the Client’s order. The last date of updating the Terms and Conditions is mentioned at the bottom of this document.
The customer declares on the one hand that the purchase of services from LaserAddict has no direct connection to his professional activity, being reserved for a clientele of private individuals, and on the other hand that he has full legal capacity, enabling him to enter into binding contracts under these general conditions.
2. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ENTERPRISE

The share capital of CS LAZER SARL is set at 1000 Euros.

For any question regarding the services offered, these general terms and conditions, or for any claim, the customer may contact LaserAddict via the communication channels made available on the company's website or directly at the center.
2.7 REGISTRATION AND ACTIVITY
The company has been registered with the Grenoble registry since May 12, 2022, and specializes in auriculotherapy treatments, gentle laser interventions for smoking cessation and cannabis withdrawal, as well as coaching in nutrition, weight loss, and addiction management.
2.8 REGULATION AND COMPLIANCE
LaserAddict operates in accordance with the regulations in force in France and undertakes to comply with all laws and standards applicable to its field of activity.
3. OBJECT
3.1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Conditions of Sale and Refund (hereinafter referred to as “GCS”) aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of the services offered by CS LAZER SARL, operating under the trade name “LaserAddict”, both on its website and in its treatment center located in Grenoble and within the framework of its franchise network.
3.2 VALIDITY AND RESIGNABILITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These GTC are systematically brought to the attention of each customer to enable them to place an order. Consequently, placing an order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the customer, to the exclusion of any other document.
3.3 AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATION
The terms and conditions are made available to customers on the LaserAddict website where they can be consulted at any time. Furthermore, they can be communicated upon request by any means. LaserAddict reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time. In the event of a modification, the new terms and conditions will apply only to sales made after that modification.
3.4 CLARITY AND UNDERSTANDING
These GTC are written in French. In the event of translation into one or more other languages, only the French text shall be authoritative in the event of a dispute.
3.5 JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute or challenge, the parties will strive to find a friendly solution. In the absence of agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in Grenoble.
3.6 INDEPENDENCE OF THE CLAUSES
The possible invalidity of a clause does not entail the nullity of the GTC. The temporary or permanent ineffectiveness of that clause will leave all other provisions intact.
4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
4.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
CS LAZER SARL, under its trade name “LaserAddict”, offers auriculotherapy and gentle laser interventions services, mainly focused on the treatment of smoking cessation and cannabis. The company also offers personalized support in the areas of nutrition, weight loss, and addiction management such as sugar addiction.
4.2 SCOPE OF THE SERVICES
The services are intended for anyone who wishes to improve their well-being and overcome specific dependencies. LaserAddict is committed to providing these services with professionalism and in compliance with current health and safety standards.
4.3 AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
The services offered by LaserAddict are available for booking via its website, by phone, by email, or directly at its treatment centers, subject to availability of appointment slots and specialists.
4.4 VARIABILITY AND DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICES
The descriptions of the services, although precise, are not exhaustive and may be subject to changes or updates without notice, in order to adapt to technical advances or to the needs of customers.
4.5 CONFORMITY AND QUALITY
LaserAddict is committed to ensuring that the services offered are in line with their description and to provide a quality of service that meets the legitimate expectations of customers and the standards of the profession.
4.6 INFORMATION AND ADVICE
Before making any reservation, the customer can obtain additional information and receive personalized advice on the services offered, either through the LaserAddict website or by contacting one of the centres directly.
5. ORDER PROCESS
5.1 METHODS OF RESERVATION
Customers can book one or more sessions of the services offered by LaserAddict through the company’s website, by phone, by email, or by making an online appointment. Reservations are subject to availability of appointment slots and staff.
5.2 CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
All reservations will be confirmed to the customer by an appropriate means of communication (email, SMS, or phone call), including the details of the session (date, time, and location). This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the reservation by LaserAddict and a contractual commitment between the parties.
5.3 CUSTOMER INFORMATION
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Any failure to comply with this obligation may result in the cancellation of the booking without any liability on the part of LaserAddict.
5.4 MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
The customer has the option to modify or cancel their reservation under the conditions defined by LaserAddict. Any request for modification or cancellation must be submitted within the deadlines and in accordance with the procedures specified by LaserAddict to be taken into account.
5.5 ABSENCE OR DELAY BY THE CUSTOMER
In the event of a customer’s absence or late arrival, LaserAddict reserves the right to reduce or cancel the session, without obligation to refund or postpone it.
5.6 REFUSAL OF SERVICE
LaserAddict reserves the right to refuse any booking or not to honor a session, without having to justify its decision, particularly in cases of doubt about the client's ability to benefit from the service.
5.7 PAYMENT AT THE RESERVATION
Unless explicitly agreed upon by LaserAddict, full payment of the service is required at the time of booking.
6. PRIZE AND PAYMENT METHODS
6.1 CHARGING FOR SERVICES
The prices for the services offered by LaserAddict are indicated on the company’s website, in its centers, or can be communicated to the customer upon request. These prices are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes, including VAT at the current rate.
6.2 MODIFICATION OF PRICES
LaserAddict reserves the right to change its rates at any time. However, services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
6.3 PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for services can be made by credit card, check, or cash. For online or telephone reservations, credit card payments are preferred.
6.4 SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
The transactions carried out on the LaserAddict website are secured by an encryption system to ensure the confidentiality and security of the client's banking data.
6.5 CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT
Once the payment is made, the customer will receive a payment confirmation, which will serve as proof of the transaction. LaserAddict undertakes to provide a detailed invoice to the customer upon request.
6.6 DELAY OR FAILURE TO PAY
In the event of a delay or default in payment, LaserAddict reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provision of services, as well as to refuse any further booking until the full amount due has been paid.
6.7 SPECIFIC MODES
Specific payment conditions may be agreed upon in certain cases, such as for subscriptions or special offers, and will be specified to the customer during the booking process.
6.8 CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Any cancellation or postponement of an appointment must be reported at least 48 hours in advance to the relevant LaserAddict center.
In the event of non-compliance with this deadline, LaserAddict reserves the right to charge a lump sum corresponding to the costs incurred and the downtime of the hourly slot.
In the event of non-presentation without prior cancellation, the payment may be considered due in full.
If LaserAddict cancels, the customer can either obtain a refund or reschedule the service without incurring any fees.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 NATURE OF THE DELIVERY
Given the specific nature of the services offered by LaserAddict, the term “delivery” refers to the provision of reflexology and support services within the LaserAddict centres or through any other means agreed upon by the parties.
7.2 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
The services are mainly provided at the LaserAddict premises at 1 Rue des Pins, 38100 Grenoble, France, or at any other location specified during the booking process.
7.3 DELAYS IN DELIVERY
The deadlines for the provision of services are communicated to the customer at the time of booking and are subject to the availability of the scheduling slots and the staff of LaserAddict.
7.4 RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF DELAY
In the event of a delay in the provision of the services attributable to LaserAddict, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may agree on a new appointment, without this giving rise to any compensation.
7.5 CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY LASERADDICT
LaserAddict reserves the right to cancel or modify an appointment for reasons of force majeure or related to operational constraints. In such circumstances, the customer will be informed and a new date of service will be offered.
7.6 CUSTOMER PREPARATION
It is the client’s responsibility to attend the session in the conditions required for the provision of the service (e.g., compliance with the pre-session instructions). The client’s failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of the session without entitlement to a refund.
7.7 REJECTED FOR PERFORMANCE
At the end of the session, a receipt attesting to the service provided can be issued to the client upon request.
8. WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
8.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a right of withdrawal that they can exercise within fourteen calendar days from the reservation of the service. This right applies only before the actual performance of the service.
8.2 EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for fully executed services before the end of the withdrawal period with the express agreement of the customer, thus renouncing their right of withdrawal.
8.3 METHODS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify LaserAddict of his decision to withdraw by a statement that is unambiguous (for example, a letter sent by post).
8.4 EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL
In the event of a valid withdrawal, LaserAddict undertakes to refund all payments received from the customer, including the booking fees, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which LaserAddict is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.
8.5 METHODS OF REFUND
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer agrees to a different method of refund.
8.6 SERVICE PROVIDED BEFORE THE END OF THE REMOVAL PERIOD
If the customer has requested that the service be provided during the withdrawal period, he/she will have to pay a sum proportionate to what has been provided up to the moment he/she informed LaserAddict of his/her withdrawal.
8.7 REQUEST FOR REFUND FORM
In the event of a service already rendered, the customer must fill out a request for refund form, available on the LaserAddict website or at the center, and provide all the necessary information for the processing of their request.
9. WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
9.1 WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
LaserAddict is committed to ensuring that the services provided are in accordance with their description on the website, in its communications, and during consultation appointments.
9.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LaserAddict shall not be liable in the event of non-compliance with the advice given or the care instructions by the customer, or in the event of a false declaration by the customer regarding their health or medical history.
9.3 RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE
In the event of direct damage caused to the customer by a proven fault on the part of LaserAddict, the company’s liability will be limited to repairing the direct damage, excluding any indirect damage.
9.4 EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
The results of sessions and treatments may vary from one client to another. Therefore, LaserAddict does not guarantee a specific result and is not liable in the event of failure to achieve the expected results.
9.5 FORCE MAJEURE
LaserAddict will not be held liable or deemed to have failed in its obligations for any delay or failure, when the cause of the delay or failure is related to a force majeure event as defined by French jurisprudence.
9.6 COMPLAINTS
Any claim regarding the services must be addressed to LaserAddict as soon as possible. LaserAddict undertakes to carefully examine any claim and to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9.7 INFORMATIVE INFORMATION ON THE SITE
The information provided on the LaserAddict website is provided for informational purposes. Although the company strives to ensure the accuracy of the information, errors or omissions may occur.
10. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
10.1 SEEKING AN AMICABLE SOLUTION
In the event of a dispute or disagreement regarding the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions of Sale and Refund, LaserAddict and the customer agree to seek a friendly solution as a matter of priority.
10.2 NOTIFICATION OF THE DISPUTE
The customer must notify LaserAddict of any dispute by clearly stating the reasons for their dissatisfaction. This notification must be made in writing, preferably by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the address of LaserAddict’s registered office.
10.3 RESPONSE TIME
LaserAddict undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the claim within a maximum of 14 days and to provide a detailed response within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days from the receipt of the claim.
10.4 MEDIATION
In the event of failure of the amicable resolution, the parties may resort to a consumer mediator. The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided by LaserAddict upon request of the customer.
10.5 COMPETENT JURISDICTION
If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation or if the customer chooses not to use this option, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction. In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of the place of residence of the defendant or, at the choice of the claimant, the place of actual delivery of the service.
10.6 APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions of Sale and Refund are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws.
11. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
11.1 RIGHT OF MODIFICATION
LaserAddict reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale and Refund at any time. The modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the LaserAddict website or their notification to the customer by any other appropriate means.
11.2 APPLICABILITY OF THE MODIFICATIONS
The changes to the Terms and Conditions will apply to all services sold after these changes. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
11.3 ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFICATIONS
Continued use of LaserAddict services or placing an order after the change in the terms and conditions constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms and conditions by the customer.
11.4 RECORDING AND ARCHIVING
The successive versions of the Terms and Conditions are kept and archived by LaserAddict. They are accessible at any time upon request from the customer, allowing him/her to become aware of the changes that have taken place.
11.5 NON-REVERSIBILITY
The changes made to the Terms and Conditions cannot have retroactive effect. Consequently, the applicable conditions are those in effect on the day the order or service booking was placed.
11.6 COMMUNICATION OF MODIFICATIONS
In the event of a substantial modification to the Terms and Conditions, LaserAddict undertakes to inform its customers clearly and comprehensibly, through an appropriate communication channel, of the nature of these changes.
12. VARIOUS CLAUSES
12.1 INTEGRALITY OF THE AGREEMENT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund constitute the entire agreement between LaserAddict and the customer regarding the services provided. They replace and cancel any prior communication, negotiation or agreement, oral or written, between the parties on the same subject.
12.2 INDEPENDENCE OF THE CLAUSES
The nullity, illegality or unenforceability of any of the provisions of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. The remaining clauses shall remain in effect and shall have their effect.
12.3 NO WAIVER
The fact that LaserAddict did not make use of any of the clauses of these GTC at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver to make use of those same clauses at a later date.
12.4 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the LaserAddict website, including the texts, graphics, logos, sounds, images, and the underlying technology, are the exclusive property of LaserAddict and are protected by copyright, trademark law, and/or patent law. Any unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited.
12.5 CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
LaserAddict is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the personal data provided by customers and to processing them in accordance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data.
12.6 FORCE MAJEURE
LaserAddict will not be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations if this non-performance or delay is due to a case of force majeure, as defined by French jurisprudence.
12.7 COMMUNICATION
For any communication with LaserAddict regarding the terms and conditions, the customer may use the contact details provided in Article 1 or those available on the company’s website.
