Hello. It had been 50 years since I had smoked about 40 cigarettes a day, and then I decided to quit without much conviction or motivation. I arrived at the office at 4 p.m., left at 5 p.m., and then nothing more—no desire to smoke at all, except for a lump in my throat—and that lasted for a week. Now it's been 13 days since I haven't smoked, and I don't feel the slightest urge to do so. Incredible, but true: even I had a hard time believing it. I recommend it.

After discovering my endometriosis, my doctor prescribed me a pill that allows for an artificial menopause. Unfortunately, when you say menopause, you also say weight gain; 6 kg in total.
