CGV: Appendix 1 Tobacco Guarantee Cannabis
General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – Appendix 1 Regarding the guarantee of the «Tobacco» and «Cannabis» sessions»
The attached annex is common to the entire LaserAddict network.
1. EXTENT OF THE WARRANTY
The guarantee is offered exclusively in the “Stop” and “Stop+” packs from LaserAddict. It applies when the customer, having followed an initial “Stop” session for smoking cessation or cannabis withdrawal, consumes again a product containing nicotine.
2. APPLICATION OF THE WARRANTY
In the event of a relapse characterized by nicotine consumption, the customer is eligible for a relapse session. This relapse session is offered free of additional charge, but it is considered a final service with no additional guarantee.
3. RESERVATION OF RECOVERY SESSION
The client can make a relapse appointment at the same center where the “Stop” session was performed. If the client wishes to undergo
His relapse session at another LaserAddict center must be coordinated and approved by the initial center, in accordance with LaserAddict's internal policies.
4. CANCELLATION OF THE WARRANTY
The guarantee is voided if the client does not show up for the relapse appointment without providing a valid justification or informing the center of their inability to attend. The responsibility of notifying the center lies entirely with the client.
5. VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY
The warranty is valid for one calendar year from the date of the “Stop” session. After this period, the warranty is no longer applicable.
6. LIMITATIONS OF THE WARRANTY
The warranty does not apply in cases of non-compliance with the post-treatment follow-up instructions by the customer, abandonment of the treatment process, or when the relapse is due to external factors unrelated to the sessions provided by LaserAddict.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Although LaserAddict is committed to offering high-quality services, the company cannot guarantee a specific result from the sessions. The effects of the sessions can vary from person to person depending on multiple factors, including the client’s personal commitment to their withdrawal process.
